--Mutianyu Great Wall: In Huairou District about
70 kilometers north of central Beijing, The
Mutianyu section of the Great Wall is connected
with Juyongguan Pass in the west and Gubeikou
Gateway in the east. As one of the best-preserved
parts of the Great Wall, Mutianyu used to serve
as the northern barrier defending the capital
and the imperial tombs
--Mutianyu Cable Car(round trip): It is a challenging
climb up to the Mutianyu Great Wall for it is
much steeper than Badaling section. Here you
have the option of taking the Cable car to the
highest point or down to the foot in a few minutes
instead of climbing more than 1,400 steps, while
you can also have a bird view of the wall.
--The Sacred Road: The road is guarded on both
sides with stone statues by which the ancient
emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for
the ancestors.
--Roasted Duck at Hepingmen Quanjude: In the
evening enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which
is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing

the largest and best preserved royal palace
in the world and home to a huge number of valuable
antiques. The Forbidden City is the essence
and a must for sightseeing in Beijing.
--The Temple of Heaven: The Temple of Heaven
is the most imposing and biggest ancient architecture
where sacrifices were devoted to the Heaven
in the world. Its typical Chinese architecture
style is of significant value and far reaching
influence upon the architecture style in eastern
and southeastern Asian country.
