Day 1 Kunming
Arrive in Kunming, our guide will pick you up at Kunming airport and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Dragon Gate of Western Hills. Dragon Gate is the highlight of Western Hills, which is well worth climbing up the winding old stone stairs.Because the view is spectacular.
Day 2 Kunming (Breakfast/Lunch)
Full day tour to the Stone Forest, a typical karst formation, the Stone Forest covers an area of more than three hundred square kilometres.
Day3 Kunming - Xishuangbanna(Breakfast/Lunch)
Visit Yuantong Temple,Daguan Park,Golden Temple
1. the Yuantong Temple, the grandest and most active temple in Kunming with a history of more than 1200 years.
2. the Daguan Park. Daguan Park is located 7 kilometers west of Kunming, known for its longest antithetical couplet in China.
3. the Golden Temple, the whole temple weighs more than 280 tons, making it not only one of the four largest bronze temples in China, but also the heaviest and best preserved.
Take flight to Xishuangbanna.
Day4 Xishuangbanna(Breakfast/Lunch)
Xishuangbanna covers a total area of 19,185 sq km, and is home to 13 ethnic national minorities groups, such as the Han, Dai, Hani, Blang, Lahu, Jino, Yao and Yi.
Visit a village of Dai Ethnic people, the Manting Park and the Tropical Botanical Research Institute. In the garden's 860 ha. area, thousands upon thousands of varieties of tropical and subtropical plants from home and abroad are growing. Visitors can view many rare exotic and endangered plant species here.
Day5 Xishuangbanna - Kunming(Breakfast/Lunch)
Take flight back to Kunming. Transfer to the airport and see you off. |
